Queenstown Attractions
Queenstown offers many exciting and memorable tourist attractions for you to choose from. One of the best ways to take in the beauty of the alpine township and the surrounding mounatins is to hop aboard the Skyline Gondola. In a few short minutes you will be hoisted to almost 800 metres (2400 feet) to the skyline complex located on nearby Bob's Peak. Not only can you take in the stunning lake and mountain views, you can also enjoy other attractions such as The Thrilling Luge Ride, Bungy Jumping and Paragliding.
A visit to Queenstown wouldn't be complete without seeing the Kawarau Bridge Bungy Jumping. Other recommended attractions include a trip on the historic Steamship "The Earnslaw", Shotover Jet Boat Ride and Skiing Coronet Peak in the Winter.
